Evana Automation Delivers a Custom, Multi-purpose Tooling Solution to a Leading Tier 1 Automotive Supplier

The Evana solution, which was designed for multiple new headlamp models, is capable of being retrofitted to existing assembly stations, saving the customer the tremendous cost of purchasing new assembly stations 

Evansville, Indiana – Evana Automation Specialists, a leading Systems Integrator and builder of custom, automated assembly and test systems, recently delivered a custom, multi-purpose tooling solution to a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier.

The tooling solution, which was designed for multiple new headlamp models, is capable of being retrofitted to existing assembly stations, saving the customer the tremendous cost of purchasing new assembly stations. The solution also included mechanical and control modifications to the existing assembly stations.

“The Evana-designed tooling solution enables multiple front and rear headlamp models to run in the existing assembly stations,” said Randy Wire, general manager of Evana Automation Specialists. “The solution saved our customer significant money from having to purchase new assembly stations.”
